I urge all my friends who are upset to come and talk to me here.

I'll do everything in my power to make you feel better all comments here will get replies I promise and I will consider this jounal page a chat page so if something has been eatting at you come and talk to me maybe I can help you feel better sooner.

This means everyone both on my friend list and anyone who is just looking at my page at the moment can stop and chat with me here and I'll try to respond as soon as I see it I promise.
